The importance of accurate spend reporting and management is essential for legal departments. A financial services firm, one of the largest online payment providers in the world, were undertaking a cost reduction programme. They had selected an e-billing system to achieve their objective. Timelines were tight and the solution needed to go live within 90 days.
We took on the following challenge:

- Train dozens of users across various locations
- Onboard many firms to the new system
