We are building software that sits at the intersection of AI and regulated industries. You will work on the core platform: integrations, data pipelines, and the backend logic that makes our product reliable, secure and scalable.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

— Core backend components in Python: clean, testable, production-grade code with proper error handling

— LLM integrations across multiple providers

— Data handling and privacy logic: this is safety-critical and needs to be right

— Audit and logging infrastructure: robust, reliable, and built to stay that way

— API connectors and webhooks for third-party platforms our clients use

— Internal tooling for usage analytics and reporting

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

— Strong Python: you know why you are making the choices you make, not just how

— Hands-on LLM API experience: prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, token management

— Genuine understanding of data privacy in software systems: GDPR-aware, not just checkbox-compliant

— Experience with async architecture and queue-based workflows

— The ability to read a functional spec, ask the right questions before you start, and deliver what was agreed

— Comfort working in a regulated industry context where data handling is not a side consideration

GOOD TO HAVE

— Experience with document processing pipelines

— Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector stores

— Prior work in security-conscious or compliance-driven engineering environments

— Familiarity with the legal technology landscape
