WHAT YOU WILL OWN

— The product roadmap: prioritised, sequenced, and defensible to both engineering and investors

— Feature definition and requirement writing across the platform

— Customer and pilot feedback loops: translating what clients tell us into concrete product decisions

— Release readiness: working with implementation leads to make sure what ships is what was spec'd

— Competitive monitoring: the market we operate in is moving fast; you stay ahead of it

— Investor-facing product narrative, updated quarterly

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

— Demonstrable experience shipping B2B SaaS: ideally in legal tech, regtech, or enterprise workflow tools

— The ability to write a functional spec that engineers can actually build from

— Comfort talking to senior legal and compliance stakeholders: not translating for them, talking with them

— A genuine interest in how AI is being adopted in regulated industries

— Strong opinions, loosely held: we debate hard, then we decide and move

WHAT YOU WILL NOT NEED

— A large team around you: this role builds the function, it does not inherit one

— Someone else to write the roadmap first: you are the one who writes it

— Approval for every decision: you will have autonomy proportionate to your judgement
